Orders are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after successful payment confirmation.
Prior to dispatch, every device undergoes a final 30-point quality inspection to verify functional integrity, cosmetic grading consistency, and shipment readiness.
We provide standard shipping for most destinations. Estimated delivery time is five (5) to seven (7) business days after dispatch, subject to destination and carrier network conditions.
Delivery estimates are non-guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, public holidays, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, including the carrier name and tracking number.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Additional carrier charges resulting from incorrect address information may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
